Meditation is an important mindfulness skill that anyone can utilize regardless of where they are in age. The Bible states how Christians should meditate on the word and presence of God daily. Silence is an important part for maintaining a present content mind, having a rested body, and continuing a strong spirit. This type of meditation is designed to maintain a continued mindfulness state of relaxation, inner peace, and discuss the daily stressors that life brings in a Christ filled environment. Specialized music, progressive muscle relaxation, breathing techniques, and specialized scripts will be utilized. This class will assist new people to meditation and seasoned individuals alike.
